90 Day Mental Fitness Challange

Nicole and I were recently challenged by our mentor to start a LIFE product called the 90-Day Mental Fitness Challenge. We were amazed at the quality of information put together by Life founders, Chris Brady and Orrin Woodward. Nicole and I have been in leadership for quite sometime now and have taken many tests for leadership positions at work and church and we have never seen anything as well designed as the MFC. It helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and then in a systematic formula it helps you get progress in all areas of your life.

What is the 90 Day Mental Fitness Challenge?

Have you heard of P90X? It is the DVD fitness program to get your body in shape.  Well, the 90 day Mental Fitness Challenge is a boot camp for your brain. New thinking leads to new habits to create new results.

You grow through Listening, Reading, Watching, and Associating. It was designed by systems engineers who have moved up the ranks of leadership and are now listed on the top leadership guru list with people like John Maxwell and Stephen Covey.

Here is how it works

You watch some introductory videos to the mental fitness challenge.

Hey Kirk and Nicole, great article. We are now entering our 4th week and are absolutely loving the MFC! It is a real eye opener when you put the resolutions in front of you for an entire week and are “challenged” to think about growing in an area you may have never even knew was vital to leadership no matter what capacity you serve. Thanks for all you do and keep leading the charge!

So fired up! This is the perfect way to start developing the changes needed in our communities. Isn’t that what our mission is? Making it fun, making it easy to understand. Great way to create the “want” in people that NEED this, because we ALL do, including me…… Thank you for being such a great example to follow……I AM SPARTACUS!!!!!

  6. We have just started the MFC and are being challenged daily, which is exactly what we need! The information is amazing and already has been Life changing. I know we will live the life we have ALWAYS wanted sooner than we thought through this challenge!

  7. Excellent blog! The extent of preparation that went into this challenge is crystal clear once you begin following the program. While I’ve listened to leadership / self / personal development CD’s for 6 years now, the quality of the CDs included in the 90 Day Mental Fitness Challenge supersedes any thus far. Not only individuals, but corporations who invest in their employees through continuing education or training should seriously involve them in this immediately.
Kudos to Kirk & Nicole for always leading by example & setting the bar for us to reach higher!

I am in the 4th week of the challenge and love it! Like any fitness challenge can be trying on your body and begin to cause you to dig deep to take your physical body to the next level, the MFC is doing the same for me mentally! For the first time in my life I have written down goals for my home, my physical fitness, and finances, plus I have been able to get more specific with my business goals. I love the Weekly Journal that I can print off and the Goal and Daily Task Check Sheet! Resolved, by Orrin Woodward, has been a great read and is helping me become more focused on my overall purpose in life!

    Hey Kirk and Nicole,
I am loving the MFC! It has given me the belief that making little changes in discipline can change enormous amounts of bad habits. The test was an eye opener for me. It caused me to take a deep look at who I really am and immediately encouraged me to work on my weaknesses. I am learning and growing each day. I even had a small victory over one of my weaknesses at church yesterday. From the things I learned in Resolved, by Orrin Woodward, I was able to get to the root of a problem, instead of just dealing with the branches, something I never would have done before the MFC. Thank you for this article. I am excited to see the way God is going to use this MFC to change the lives of millions!

This was an awesome article, it showed the simplicity behind the design of the system that Chris and Orrin have put together. The MFC is truly CHALLENGING my life and the way I am looking at my future. I am on week 4 right now and every single resolution has called me out in different areas of my life that I need to change/improve. I now appreciate having Kirk and Nicole as mentors that much more because they are such good examples of this material, and show that it IS possible to capture what your elephant can imagine. Thanks Kirk and Nicole!
